How will my student receive their care package?

Because I no longer work on campus, I now leave the care package with Mail Services, and the student receives a notification they have a perishable item to pick up during the Biola Store's business hours.

I miss the personal interactions with students, but I'm just not able to coordinate a time to meet with them anymore.

How far in advance should I order?

Depending on the size of the order, lead time can be as little as two days. Next-day orders are sometimes possible, but please inquire first by emailing me at dolcevitabakeryoc@gmail.com.

What should I put for the Delivery Details at checkout?

Please fill in the delivery fields with Biola's address: 13800 Biola Ave, La Mirada CA 90639. If you wish to pick your order up yourself from Fullerton, please still use Biola's address, but leave me a note during the checkout process or send me a message.

Why am I told at checkout that items are not available in my region?

I only deliver to Biola's campus. Delivery options will only be shown when Biola's address is put into the Delivery Details section. Make sure the zip code is correct (90639) and retry. If you wish to pick up an order from Fullerton, please contact me.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

I offer gluten-free options, and some of my cookies are nut-free or soy-free without modification.

I am certified in safe food handling, and I list every ingredient to be sure those with food allergies can identify allergens. Although I am careful, there is always a risk of cross contamination because I use products such as milk, eggs, gluten and nuts in my kitchen. I cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of my baked goods.

Is it legal to bake at home?

I hold Cottage Food license number PR0113999 from the County of Orange. This is a highly regulated process in which I had to submit all my products and ingredients, pass a food handler course and certify compliance with the processes of a home kitchen.
